Each staffing consultant at Spilberg specialises in three areas. This level of specialisation enables us to always find the right matches between IT professionals and employers. At Spilberg, each of our staffing consultants works for one company (Spilberg) which specialises in one area of the IT job market (IT development) as part of our broader IT staffing & consulting group, Vibe Group.

Besides specialising in one field of the IT industry, each consultant also specialises in staffing through one specific type of employment (search & select or consulting).
Lastly, each consultant focuses only on one region (for example, the province of Utrecht in the Netherlands).
This method enables us to focus our energies and make sure we can help your organisation find the IT talent that you need.
