Spilberg is an IT consulting company. We are present in Belgium and The Netherlands.
For one of our key client in Brussels we are actively looking for a permanent head of development.
The head of development will be responsible for
20-30 developers with an important part of them off-shore/near-shore
A total budget of 2m€ for subcontracting parties
manage resource forecast and allocations to different projects given by the business
capacity planning
outsource projects
regular contacts with CIO, COO and CEO
Expected results
show leadership, motivation and guidance
upscaling and downscaling the pool of contractors based on the capacity planning
manage implementation of projects and support
recommend budget for the projects
manage outsourcing
manage end-to-end delivery
Your profile
Min of 15 years in IT development and implementation of projects
Min 5 years of experience in IT management (preferably of external parties)
Experience with C-level contacts
IT technical understanding
Fluent in English
Analysis and assessment
Team leadership
Positive attitude
Solution minded
Diplomatic
Structured
