Project Manager in Brussels

My client is currently seeking a Project Manager specializing in budgeting, capacity planning, resource management, and project portfolio management. The mission is to revitalize, enhance the approach in these areas, and support the team and project leaders in their tasks.
 
The company operates in the gas sector, with a focus on managing the gas transport network, storage and transportation of natural gas, and the development of digital solutions for energy management.
 

Who are they looking for?

The first domain revolves around the setup and monitoring of their budgets:

• You can bring insights into establishing budgets
• Excellent in processing/handling numbers
• You may also have some knowledge of SAP—maybe even extensive, which makes everything a bit easier.

 
A second working domain focuses on assisting in work planning and thinking ahead in the right way:

• Practical processes where project management skills, planning skills, and the setup of interactions are crucial
• Knowledge of tools typically used in a digital environment, such as MS Project Server, backlog management, ticket tracking tools, and their relationship with the overall picture, is useful here

• Language: fluent in English + be able to follow passively a conversation in both of our languages Dutch and French
• Contract: 1 year + extension 
• Remote: 3 days on site
